I'm. I always try to include much leafy veg.(green), fruits...salads, in lunch/ dinner, milk, some cereals...! Only sometimes we have fast food...! (In fact I don't like it much) R u conscious about...? Or enjoy fast food always ...? I know many people who don't like vegetables at all (only like potato, ladiesfinger thats all), n very choosy about fruits too. Are u one of them...?

I hate vegetables and i'm a carnivore.lol.I somehow feel that vegetables are for the cows and goats.Otherwise i'm not very choosy about my food,i'm tad choosy though.

I'm exactly the opposite, I make sure nothing I eat is from an animal, no meat, no dairy. 100% plant-based food only.

You are absolutely on the right path. It is true that one should intake lot of green vegetable, juice etc. in daily diet, other than fish & meat. But since both of us work, we hardly get time to maintain this food habits and rely more on fast cooking foods. May be only on weekends we have this kind of a diet.

I enjoy fruits and veggies but the problem is they can me time consuming to cut up and prepare. It is easier just to grab a candy bar and munch on it. No prep involved. I try to east healthier but my chocolate cravings get the best of me at times.

I am not that very diet or health conscious all times. I am a vegetarian(will have egg once in a while). I dont like all vegetables only few(depends on preperation also) and fruits also only if it is really sweet and nice I will have otherwise as a compulsion I never take fruits and vegetables. milk is the one I try to drink atleast a glass in the night though I dont like it. But even that I skip sometimes. And at times we go for pizza's for dinner. It is not that I hate fastfoods but can have once in a week or something like that but not as routine. So I can say I am choosy in vegatbles and also in fruits provided they taste good(sweet).

i do like to add vegetable at my meals. such as noodles, salad, gado-gado ect. but im crazy about fast food unfotunately..

I try to eat healthily every day. I am a vegetarian, so it's easy for my to include lots of fruits, veggies, soy, legumes, and whole grains in my diet. I'm a big fan of making a huge salad for dinner with lots of greens, apples, cheese, nuts, tomato, avodado, carrot... anything that you can toss in a salad.

I prefer to have green and leafy vegetables in my meals. I prefer to have beans, french beans et.rather every type of beans. Potato is also an important ingredient of vegetable, you cannot igonore it, like Maethi-Aloo (Funegreek and Potato). I love ladyfinger, cabbage, peas, spinch, maithee, kathal etc. The problem is today's children do not like to eat green and leafy vegetables (so because of them you sometimes, make compromises.). I prefer to take any fruit after meals. I also do not enjoy fast food, it is of no use, it is high in calories and less in nutrient value and fast food take time to digest and most of the fast food is made of MAIDA, which is harmful for our stomach also. yes shilpaum i am too conscious about the food i eat, and keeping the nutritional facts of food in mind is really very important, loving and caring for your body is really important, i love to eat salads, and prefer to eat pulses and drink a cup of milk for protein diet since i am a vegetarian and i ocassionally eat fast foods, as for vegetables i usually eat them even if i am not very fond of, except one or two and i love fruits cant miss them.
