How long does your created discussion get a response?

I tell ya what i have noticed natzee, that the initial rush of replies to my first posts just dropped off heavily in later ones. Was it the time i posted or erm that the posts were rubbish ? *ahem* But i have found that there has to be a method in the posting...looking at the ways 'top' posts are handled. It's all things like farting and walking the dog and stuff. Surely we don't need to make general daily things as posts, just to make the top lists. I'm rather confused by a lot of the content. Also, because i'd like to delve into topics that I like, but that would seem to have no posting appeal. Must say though, the responses have been good. Informative replies come from the fact that apparently noone gets paid if they write less than 3 lines as a reply and include the correct on-topic wordings. It's a good place for training up in terms of real life conversation !

from what i see, if the discussion is interesting, you got constant new answers. dont forget to check them and reply to the answers. that gives you a good reputation. and the rating is important too

i never started a discussion yet here cause im afraid ill get banned. i did read that you cannot start discussions like "opinion" questions just when you need help, so im a bit scared.

I get instantly most of the times. Some times i will not get at all even after two weeks.

i got it in quite the same time or so. never looked at it tho. but natzee, i thot it better to answer to questions rather than create more. may be i will change this stance later, cos i am still learning this mylot way of working mike the lil smiley cute devil
