Good ways to lose weight?

I am a stay at home mother for the time being and Iamwnting to lose atleast 30lbs by summer if there is anyone out there that knows of some great ways to lose some weight around the house I would appreciate it

It is complete breathing exercise. Only thing required is to do system breathing exercise every morning and evening. After 2-3 days of time you will see changes in your weight. This requires not much dieting. Consuming general food, you can loose weight. Do it, result will be positive. I do this, so am telling you madam.
