Plz Read This Any Suggestions?

My friend ArchAng3l has not been able to log in to mylot for about 5 days now.Every time she tries to log in she gets a login failed message ,she ahd tried many times and even had the password sent to her but still she can't log in.She has tried contacting mylot many times but no response.She was a member for about 3 months and earned about 40 dollars.
Has anybody faced this problem before?Hopefully this discussion will catch the eye of a mylot admin and they will fix the problem,thank you for reading any suggestion will be very welcome.

Have you checked her profile to see if it's still there? The only other time I heard about this happening the person had been banned by mylot and there profile had been deleted.
Besides contacting mylot and waiting for their response there isn't much anyone can do. My best advise would be for you to check your friends list and see if her profile is still there.

Have you tried contacting mylot on her behalf?
Did the password actually get reset? If so, then mylot could send her a message again to login I believe.

That is so unfortunate.. U dont want that to happen after spending 3 months here...
May be somethings wrong with her key board.. thats all i can think of right now.
Just check the regional settings in the control panel and ensure the correct region has been selected...dont know if this is gonna help though...
