Million of diets exist, reliable or charlatans, modern or old, healthy or dangerous. Every week sprouts out a different of it "the diet of the ice cream", "the diet of the Moon", "the soup's diet", integrators diets, based diets on the blood group, etc. Do you ever try the new diets? Preferred to submit you to the traditional diets or do you like to experiment? Do you ask consultation to a physician or you choose by yourself? Which diets "alternatives" have worked with you?

If diets worked then there would be just one that everyone would follow. Best to eat a healthy diet and limit the snacks. When you do snack be sure it is a healthy one. Drink plenty of water. Move as much if not more than the calories than you eat. Doctors as a rule are not trained well in nutrition and are chemical based and those are just not good for our bodies. Be aware of what you eat and why you eat. You really should eat to live and not live to eat. When you set out to change you methods of eating, if you mess up that is ok, just start all over. If you think you can never have a thing then you want it more. Good luck, you can indeed do this.
