Killing of Girl Child??

Latest studies reveals that around 1 crore girl child are being killed by abortion & other means by parents in India. Is it really difficult to bring up a girl child. How can we remove this attitude towards girls?

Dowry is the main problem for eliminating girl children. If proper awareness of dowry is spread in the country, dowry will slowly get reduced and the killing of girl children will also get decreased.
