Do you have OCD when it comes to checking your e-mails?

It is weird how you can become obessessed with checking your e-mails. At times I find myself continously just going back to check my e-mail after I had just checked it a second ago. Is this just me?

I don't have to do that as I get a message pop up everytime I get a new email so I know when they arrive and whether they are worth checking. I think if I didn't have this I would probably check them every half an hour or so and maybe more often if I was expecting something.
