bird flu, symptoms of eating undercooked chicken?

i realized this is an odd question, dos anyone know what sysmptoms you would get if you ate a piece of chicken that came from an infected source, assuming it was not cooked properly...

I think the real question should be has battery farming of poultry around the world caused or made worse the onset of birdflu?
As a chef and food writer I often am dismayed how media seem to steer the public to the wrong end of the debate.
When we try to produce our food more in harmony with nature instead of constantly trying to outsmart it...then we will stop producing health problems.
I believe the growing problems of allergies in western societies are biproducts of trying to produce cheaper food at any cost.
