Willow and Meadowsweet
For natural pain relief, take 10 drops of a combined tincture of these herbs 4 times a day. The aspirin-like substances in these herbs ease inflammation and pain in sore muscles and joints according to Phoebe Reeve, a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild and an herbalist in Winchester Virginia. This herb combination is easier on the stomach than aspirin. If your stomach is especially aspirin-sensitive, try rubbing 25 milliliters of the tincture directly on the sore muscles or joint. You can buy the tincture already combined or mix equal parts of each. It's safe to take thie remedy whenever it's needed.

Thank you so much for this! I'm so tired of taking pain relievers all the time, especially since they don't really work. I'm going to go get some as soon as I can, and I'll sure let you know how they work. I'm a huge believer in natural remedies.
