Have you ever made a big decision on love?

Usually, later on in relationship, there is a crossroad or some sort and you have to make a big decision. For example: someone asking you to marry them. Would you? I know that most people would say "yes" but from the heart, are you sure? Are you sure that later on, you won't regret it? Another example: if you partner was going to move out of the country, would you leave your beloved family to go with him/her? How would you respond to these questions?
