Staying fit

What are the ways of staying fit?

I use walking as a method to keep fit. I used a pedometer to help me to keep count of the number of steps that I take in a day. My target is 10,000 steps a days, but the average that I take per day is about 7500 steps as I drive to work, thus have lesser walking. I will make a point to go for a walk to make up the 10,000 steps per day by walking around my house.

there are so many ways but i'd just like to point out one. it is to walk for at least 30 minutes everyday. you don't have to go to the gym everyday or do strenuous activity. you just have to walk at least 30 minutes. it doesn't have to be brisk walking either. it makes our heart stronger and makes us healthy.
