I have had a lot of stress lately, because I have so mush to do in school and I have also had some fights with some people and I feel just like I am in a big stress. How could I relax, if I barely have no free time and only obligations all the time.

I have a solution for you, but requires your imagination... 1)Picture Yourself near a stream. 2)Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air. 3)No one but you knows of this secret place. 4)You are in total seclusion from the entire world. 5)The soothing sound of a gentle water falls fills the air with a cascade of serenity. 6)The water is crystal clear. 7)You can easily make out the face of the person 8)See? You're smiling already. I hope this will help u

What about using some essential oils to help you to relax? Lavander is very good to help relax muscles and help you to sleep more soundly, two good ways to use it are either in a carrier oil like sweet almond, and then massage it into your body (arms, neck, shoulders etc.) - 1 drop of lavender to 15 of sweet almond oil is a good mix. Or put about 3-6 drops into a little milk and add it to your bath. (The milk helps it to disolve into the water if you put it in on it's own, it'll just sit on the surface of the water instead of mixing in).
