Mostly attitude. If someone is too loud or annying I will dislike him / her right away.

I guess we all judge people in one way or another -- usually its just by putting people in either the "friend" or "aquaintence" category. I've always felt that the only true "measure" of a person is by what he or she does -- actions always speak louder than words and they are more concrete than perceptions..

I try not to judge people, I think that is up to God. I just take people for how they are. Sometimes you have to deal with people based on their attitude and personality, but you never know why people are the way they are, you will never have the whole story, so how can you judge someone with out all of the details? That is why I think only God can judge someone.

I would take all of those things into consideration. I don't think you can tell if a person is good or bad based on looks, or just the people he hangs out with. Everyone has a different opinion of people so I wouldn't take other peoples opinions into a factor either. I would try to get to know this person and make a decision based on my own judgement.
