Do you ever order from Collectionsetc.com?

I ordered from them once. They took so long, that I had to call them to track my order. My hubby's bday had passed, and his present never arrived. I called again, and the lady said there was a mix up. Finally, two weeks later, I got a check in the mail and the note said they were out of the product. My stepmom orders from there all the time. She has had to call them once or twice on late orders, but most of the time,they are okay. Oh, wait, Now that I think of it, I did order from them again. One thing I still have, and the pots weren't good quality, so I used them for decoration for a while. The baking pan set I still have. It is pretty good quality.
