Why is Tiscalli Broadband such a waste of time?

I have Tiscalli Broadband in my home, however it hasnt been working for over a month now. All Tiscalli have done so far is check the line and escalate it to an enginner (If they tell me they will escalate it any more im sure it will reach the sky!). If we try to talk to someone about it they cant understand english and tell us they will ring back and never do! Ive had enough, ive complained and complained but arnt getting any where! its been nearly 5 weeks without my broadband (im using the slowest dial up ever atm and feel like im back in the old ages) Tiscalli are the worst company ive ever dealt with, if you are thinking of getting broadband aviod!!!!! Anyone else had the same problem?
