Are you going on a family vaction this summer?

I would love to go on a cruise to somewhere or anywhere or simply nowhere. I would prefer to go to islands or beaches or on the seas and try to stay away from cities or theme parks. :)

Five years ago when I got my insurance settlement we took the kids to Disney in Florida. It was the best week of my entire life - and that is no exaggeration. My kids, who were five and eight at the time, did not fight once. My fibromyalgia did not act up. Despite a little rain, we had a grand time. Now, if ever we go on vacation it has to be out East to see my husband's family. Not much of a vacation for us as all they do is speak French and drink. We don't get to tour around or anything. The kids and I would rather stay home, which we did last summer. Hubby went by himself. This year, like every year, we can't afford it. I know he misses his family but none of them ever make the effort to come here to see us. Any vacation I ever want to take again would be like the one we took five years ago... just the family, family fun, no drinking, no stress, no pain.

yeah that sounds nice I have like 5k on a credit card Maybe then I could drive a truck for awhile or something.
