Out of the Mouths of Babes

cat bathing - Cats love to cleanse themselves, and often do not care who knows it! It is funny how children can respond to such activity.

Yesterday afternoon the cat was sitting in the living room, grooming herself - as only a very flexible feline can.... my 4 year old walked up to her and scolded her. You stop that right now, don't you know that is immodest? The cat stopped, looked at her then did a quick scratch at her ear (the cats ear) as if to say "Hrmpfh" Francesca smiles and tells Mabel, Now, that's better. good kitty.

I agree with the comments here. That was kinda cute. :D Seems like the feline understood your 4-year old. Is she your first born child ? You seem to love her that much to post this observation here. Ahhhhh the joys of parenting. :)
