late bloomer?

my cousin is in high school and he is only 4'8.is there anyone here that is a late bloomer?do you think he still have a chance to grow more?he's already 15yrs old..

men and really late bloomers. girls usually develop earlier. 15 year olds still are in the 'growing' age. i think he still has the chance to grow. but also you have to look at his parents. are they tall? give him time. if he's 21 and still at that height, then i think he doesn't have the chance to grow anymore.
