Any one ever had a evil co-work? If so how did you go about dealing with them, and what were some of the problems you have had? Right now, I'm dealing witha mess of problems at work. Three of my co-workers have gotten together and have desided to black ball me. I have no idea why they are doing this and when asked about things they have said it all gets denied :( They keep making up lies about me. Saying, things like, I can get any one fired and do whatever I please!

You should go to your manager and file a complaint. If the manager is on their side, because they already got to him/her go above his/her head and approach his/her manager. What they are doing is harassment. I'm not sure where you live, but in the USA this is against the labor law and management has to do something about it.

its not really that easy.. first off, i work for my furture grandmother in-law. These are small group homes for the disabled, which she owns 3 of and every one works at all 3. My "grandma inlaw" lets this guy run things because he is a nurse and a really good friend of her's. ANyways, other employees are making up lies about me and going to him. all these empolyees who hate me for no reason refuse to talk to me or work when i work with them.. they sit and i do every thing. They make me look really bad because they get together and say i do stuff. :( i really don't know what 2 do.

Every office has such people. They can be divided in to two groups. One - In many cases these people are favorites of the boss(s). In India we call these favorites chamchas, which in English means spoons. These chamchas spy on other employees and report to the boss. To keep boss happy and to justify their worth, these chamchas report wrong things also. Two - They are evil because of their evil nature. I have seen people dealing with these evil people in their own way. The most effective way was considered thrashing them. But I do not want you to adopt this as I do not know about the situation in your office.

if you want to drive them crazy, ignore them until you can't take it any more, then laugh and tell them to stop acting like little children. They only do it because they know it bothers you. If you no longer respond to their stupid remarks, they WILL stop, since they have nothing to gain except the disrespect of other co-workers.

I would definitely go to management. I just left a job where management was the problem, but I just acquired a better job that will make me happier. I agree with the person who said if management is on their side, go over their head, if there's any retaliation, you can go even higher than that since companies have rules against retaliation since it can get them in legal trouble.
