Were you ever cut in line?

In our country when we get off the public train station there is an elevator so you may choose to either walk the stairs or ride the elevator upon exiting the station. One time I fell in line along with the other passengers waiting for the elevator when this lady went straight to the elevators door and wait there. Ofcourse I noticed it and told her to fall in line at the back as we are current in line. And you know she has got the nerve to tell me that I am harsh to her... well if that was an old person or a disabled I wouldn't make any issue out of but just let them go in the elevator first.But this is different she is not old and is definitely not disabled. I hate it when people wants to go first at the expense of others. were you ever cut in line? what did you do?
