My grandma finally left tonight...At first I was happy but now I miss her...I hope she is ok...Don't get me wrong I love her to death...but she is so set in her ways it did get on your nerves...but you just grin and bare it. It was so nice having her here though we talked about so much...Now I'm sitting here tonight and I'm waiting for her to start talking and she isn't here...Oh I'm so sad right now I could cry...We had so many good time since she has been here.would any of you feel this way???

I think it's normal to feel that way.We love them to pieces.....but at the same time they get on our nerves.Sometimes we don't know what a treasure we have until it's gone....just be glad that you realized it before it was to late.I'm sure you will have many more visits with her and next time she starts to get on your nerves.....remember how you feel now and give her a big hug just for being there.

Missing someone is normal. All you have to is reminiscing the past that you're together, the happy and sad moments. Look into the pictures that you're together. In that way, you feel she's behind you.

This made me think so much of mine. I love my grandmother so much. She raised us all, but we were very, very close. I haven't seen mine in like 3 1/2 years, and I miss her so much. I just spoke to her the other day because I had found a card that she had given me for Christmas, and I never had opened it. I found $20 in the envelope, so I had to call and thank her. I would do anything to see her again because I miss her that much.

hello again, i dont want to say i told u so but i just have havnt i, i am glad that youve got your house back though and i hope grandma has a safe journey home. I am also glad that youve had the chance to sit and talk i would give anything to have been able to sit and talk to my beautiful nanna but she passed away 3.5 yrs ago. Please cherish the time you have with her no matter how much she gets on your nerves at times because once she passes over you will never have that chance again. I was only just telling my FIL that i dont know anything about my fathers side of the family, and dont even know where to go to be able to start. Love her all you can while you can. Best wishes

I am not in a situation where I can have that opportunity. I believe I would actually feel that way about one of my grandparents were they alive today. It is just a shame I wasn't old enough to truly appreciate and get to know one of the finest people in my life. Give her a call if you miss her. Even if you saw her yesterday. Take every opportunity.
