Abroad or work in your own country?

It's always a dream of mine to work in abroad since my childhood.But that dream is always fading a little because of the fact that I am hesitant to leave my family here in the Philippines.I have some job offer from other country for the past months but I just let them passed away.What's your work preferences in life?Abroad or just work in your own country?

i think the important thing is where you feel you will be happy and still be able to realize your full potentials --- be that in your home country or elsewhere.
some people think i'm crazy for opting to stay in my beloved country, but this is where i'm happy, and this is where i am able utilize the gifts and talents i have been given.
