yes they do offer scholarships i was given one however it is not a full one so i need some money to finance that. could you do something for me could you find out if there is a programme where i can borrow money for tuition and other educational related loans where i have the option of repaying after i have graduated? thanks in advance.

You could get a pell grant. All education loans are put on hold until 6 months after graduation.
