Anyone tel me how e-gold works. I wanna know if e-gold charges you for keeping money in your e-gold account. I checked their site but they use different terms for everything , like they use passphrase for password, so its a bit confusing. I've heard they have some agio fees which they deduct at 1% per annum, is it that we get money deducted from our account every month. So all who have had experience at e-gold or those who know about it, please help.

I've joined in e-gold too. Passphrase that you must enter is definitely easy if you read f.a.q at this site. So I make many transaction with e-gold. after submit passphrase and turing number you must type pin code that has sent to your email. So you can see your money in 'balance'. Before you enter this site you must to make sure the site address in https to avoid internet 'pishing'.

so you got the fee structure? e-gold fee is very cheap. 1. only receival fee only the person receive payments for a fee. around 1% with maximum of 0.05 gram of gold 2. storage fee its a tiny amount 3. cashout, redeem its not charged by e-gold. but you always have to pay that fee. but if you are "smart" enough, you could always get a bonus. i mean in the ecurrency market, e-gold is always the expensive one. so if you are locky to find someone to exchange to those easily redeemed currency, you could get a bonus.
