Your opinion of aquarium cistern for toilets?

Yesterday, the news featured a new toilet -- one that had an aquarium incorporated as part of the cistern. But don't worry the fish don't get flushed away. There are actually two compartments so this allows the water for flushing to be kept separated from the aquarium potion. I thought the idea was cute though we don't really get to see the fish much while using it. What do you think?
