I was wondering how many people like to play these type of tickets. I used to but I don't have the patience to scratch them off anymore and the if you do it all at once the fun is gone out of it. When my husband gets his allowance every week he buys 2 or 3. His biggests win was 200 dollars so far. A friend of mine friend won 75,000 dollars on them. That is so lucky. So do you play them and what is your biggest win so far?

I don't play them anymore. I won $5.00 once. I really don't have any extra money to play them, not even the $1.

That is smart cause some people will gamble even when they can't afford it.

I very seldom play them. I do like the new Deal or No Deal ones but I think it's just a huge gamble. I mean if you think of the tickets costing 3 or 5 dollars and how many you have played and how many you have lost on I don't know I just think its very hard to ever win on those. I know people will say if you don't play you can't win and that is true but I don't know these tickets have never been fun for me so I guess that's why I don't bother.

I personally like break open tickets but I try to avoid them because they are so addicting.

No I do not play them any, I used to but I think my highest win was $25. But I won't waste my money on them no more. I know there are a lot of People that have been lucky on them but I certainly haven't as such lol.

It's been years since I've done any kind of lottery, at least that I've purchased. I was spending a few dollars a week and never won what I had spent so decided to keep the money myself rather than give it to the ones who did win. Wow, if I had won what your friend did I would be able to buy my house.

Hi linda I seldom scratch off a ticket.Actually I almost never buy lottery tickets. Once in a while we get a promotion thing in the mail to buy a ticket and get one free and I can not pass up a bargain so I buy them. This is maybe 3 to 4 times a year.I'm just too frugal to spend alot of money this way. Please no offence to them that do.It's just not for me.You know 'different strokes for different folks' Have a bright day R

We buy regular lottery tickets for the two main draws on Friday and Saturday nights. That is in our budget. Those are not scratch tickets though.

I agree that the scratch tickets can become boring, I guess that is why they keep coming up with the new games. Deal or No Deal and Sudoku are the newest ones we have tried. Deal or No Deal comes up with a lot of winners by as Coolcatz said, they are all low amounts. You just end out getting another ticket.

I love scrathers! My favorite is a game called Bingo! It takes forever to scratch it-- But I love it. Sometimes I get antsy and just scratch to see if I won-- most of the times I do it the right way- The most I have won is $100.. I buy lottery scratchers and put them in birthday cards.. Noone has ever won any BIG money from them- My daughter loves the cash word cards-- i buy them and let her scratch them- We have a deal anything under $10 is hers-- Over we split! She hasn't gotten over $10 Yet!

I think it is harder to win on these types of scratchies than the lotto ticket, when I buy 3 or 4 tickets , it will cost me $10 dollar or so, and I always win $2 or $3 dollar,or sometimes just one free ticket, that is why I already give it up.. and in fact there is only 1 top prize, it is so hard to win ,,even the $20 prize.
