Frivolous lawsuits?

what's the most frivolous lawsuit you've heard of? I read one on MSN recently about a grandmother who was mailing fruitcakes and got overly upset because a postal worker joked about them being explosives. She sued because she couldn't take friendly banter... what's the worst you've heard?

I think the guy who sued McDonald's because he'd gotten too fat eating their food is near the top of the list. I mean, McDonald's is free to sell any kind of food it chooses. It's what YOU choose to eat that makes you fat. Duh, guy!
