how many times in a day do u drink tea/coffe/cola drinks????

I usually only drink water and some juice throughout the day. Caffeine gives me a headache which is quite the opposite for some people who will get a headache if they don't get caffeine. Very rarely will I drink soda-at the law firm I work at they have free fountain drinks and sometimes I will get 1 measuring cup worth of Dr. Pepper. That's it for me. I save money by not buying soda and just drinking chilled tap water. It tastes great to me!

15 times? wow! that's a lot. :p I usually take at most 2 times of coffee or tea per day. I have a habit of drinking a cup of coffee every morning before I start working. Sometimes, I'd like to drink another cup of coffee around 3-4pm when I feel bored at work. But I try to keep it at most 2 cups.

i do drink one cola in a day, but i'm planning to stop that to avoid osteoporosis..
