when we are travelling within the country for vacation or any other purpose we will travel with 3 luggages totally.1 carry bag.But when we travel to our home country we used to travel with lot of luggages.the allowed is 2 for each and we will use all the allowed limit.further on return i will even pay some extra dollars for overweight because of my mom's affection and weight because of her home made --my favorite items.

I don't like to travel with lots of lyggage, but when I am packing my bag it always come up with stuff more than I think. Because I can't avoid some things what I need in day to day use. My hubby is very strict with baggage, he don't want to get bothered with lots of luggage. So, he alwasy take less than the limit we are allowed to take when travelling through air. For both of us main concern is comfort.

I usually bring one small suitcase and a backpack, I was taught growing up to never bring along more than I can carry by myself so I usually stick with that. It's good to not have too much laundry to wash when I return home, and less stuff to pack when we're ready to go to the next part of the adventure! We don't usually stay in one place when we are traveling and I don't want to have to take more than ten minutes to gather everything.

It depends on the place I'm going. Usually I never take more than I can carry on my back.

When i travel with my family, we normally pack everything into 2 luggages. 1 for me and hubby, the other for both my kids 3 and 5 yrs. We also pack in a foldable backpack. Comes in handy when you want to buy gifts for those back home. Comes as no surprise then that when we get back from our holidays, we'll have at least 2 extra bags filled with stuff from our shopping sprees, LOL.

Being that I have 2 children under the age of 3, I always pack tons of extra things. Alot of the things I pack we never use! It drives my husband crazy. I try to pack at least 1 suitcase per person.....mine is usually the biggest.
