Do u tell yourself each night that you are going to get up early tomorrow morning to go for a walk but end up dozing in comfy bed and later regret for not waking up .. is it a pain for you to get up early for exercise .. you know it is important for you but you are not able to initiate .. i want some friends here who can help me motivate myself enough that I get up and go for a brisk walk .. I want to start a exercise routine but need a lil' push ..

one advice that i once saw on tv was to put your alarm clock far away from your bed.. it could be like across the room.. so you would be forced to get up.. then place your shoes right beside it... once your up.. you might just as well jog right??? heheh... you can try that... :)

Hi! I know the best PUSH - get a dog! I am lazy and cranky in the morning but my 60 pound doberman shakes me out of bed JUST LIKE THAT :) :) :)

I was like you for a long time until one morning I got up early, unable to sleep and decided to go for a walk before everyone else got up.....I couldn't believe how wonderful it was!The fresh air,no traffic and the quiet just drew me in.....I don't do it every day but when I can,I am up and gone before anyone else is even stirring
