What do you put in your Gumbo?

me too good gumbo is not cheap to make especialy for me now ive moved away from th gulf do you use fille powder in yours I do but i can t buy it here i have to get relatives in Miss to send it to me !My church here had a sale one day and i made good cajun gumbo and they went crazy over it !There is nothing better then good gumbo!
