So your saying that I am suppose to actually stop at stop signs and red lights? Actually for the most part I do except when turning right then I do the rolling stop

I have a tendency to do a rolling stop. I find myself doing that more often at blinking reds though, mostly because people behind me are impatient.

I live in a pretty crowded suburb here, and it's basically impossible not to stop at one without hitting someone.

A good question pal.I have to admit that a give a damn to these STOP signs. They are really irritating.Maybe when I grow old, I also start stopping at these STOP signs...

I always stop completely at stop signs. I wont take the chance of rolling through and hitting someone or getting a ticket.

Years ago, we used to call that a "California Stop."
I'm still not sure where that term came from so if anyone knows, please tell us.
I do it sometimes if it is early in the morning and no traffic around.
You have to be careful however. They do give us traffic tickets for that if they catch you.
