Is Free Stuff a fairy tale?

I found a site that gives you a free $5 prepaid mastercard for signing up. When you sign up they will send it to you in 5-10 days and it will have your $5 on in. You can then use it anywhere mastercard is accepted. You can also add money to it or have people pay you and the money goes on the card. You have an online site where you keep track of how much you have on your card or to add money. And the best part is that if you refer anyone to their site that signs up you get another $5 for each person that signs up!!
