Here's mine: Chicken Egg Galore (lol) Ingredients : 1 Chicken Egg 1 Table Spoon Cooking Oil A pinch of Salt Directions: 1. Preheat Frying Pan. 2. Pour cooking oil into frying pan. 3. Place egg in frying pan. (minus the eggshells please) 4. Cook egg to desired taste (half-cooked egg-yolk, really-cooked egg yolk). 5. Sprinkle salt to taste. 6. Remove egg from frying pan. (never attempt to use bare hands doing this.. it would hurt a lot .. trust me). Place it on a clean plate. 7. Savor the moment for a while (sense of accomplishment in preparing your Chicken Egg Galore). Take time to savor the mouth-watering aroma of your freshly cooked Chicken Egg Galore Specialty. 8. Heartily eat your recipe with gusto. Have a nice day!

One of my favorites is to put a beaten egg in Ramen Chicken Noodle soup. Tastes even better than Egg Drop Soup that way.

When I was pregnant with my daughter 8 years ago, I was craving that every day. I swear that's what got me thru July. LOL

Gourmet Egg Fry 1 egg of your choice (about 2 oz or larger) 2 tbsps milk or cream pinch of salt pinch of pepper 1 teas butter ground paprika Whisk all ingredients except for paprika and butter in bowl. Add butter to frying pan and let melt on low heat. Add mixture from bowl into frying pan and using spatula, turn over cooked egg again and again until no longer runny. Place on plate and sprinkle a little paprika on top. Add a few slices of orange and some grapes around it. Eat slowly with relish!

Here is a great Egg Casserole that my family asks for all the time: Sausage Breakfast Casserole 6 eggs 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp basil 1/2 cup Biscuit Shredded Cheese Brown sausage and drain all excess grease. Prepare biscuit mix and spread in the bottom of obolong pan and bake for 8 minutes on 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and place sausage over baked biscuit. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Mix egg, milk and basil together. Pour over sausage and bake for 350 or until bubbly and just turning brown. Remove from oven and wait 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm. Variations: You can substitute sausage for any meat of your choice.
