I don't think plastic surgery is that great an invention. There are much better things that actually save lives that are worth much more than this vain science.

I do not think plastic surgery is the greatest invention in medical science. There are a lot of much more importnat advances beeing made. I do think plastic surgery is very good for people that have been in accidents, or are severely deformed for some reason. I do not think it should be used to fix something that isn't really broken. I feel the doctors should say no a lot more than they do. Their medical skills could be put to much better use than fixing someones normal nose.

No way, no question even. Doesn't even come close. I think soon we will be praising insulin as the greatest invention in medical science. For now, I say the artificial heart or pacemaker.
