common law marriage

We lived together for 20 years, we started a business together and it is still ongoing. We have no children together (His choice) We moved into our home which he put in his name only. I need to know what rights I have since we were never married legally and how to enforce them.

I wish I could help more but upon going to your profile you do
not list your state and the laws are different for each state.
If I were you I would call on a lawyer...Maybe in another city if you are worried about his reaction.Good luck
