Cause of stroke and Heart attacks!

I work on the Cardiac Floor at a Hospital as an EKG Heart Monitor Technician. That is a REASON it occurs, but you want to know the one i see most often? SMOKING! People dont realize how horrible the effects are until its way to late. Many who even after are told they will die if they dont quit, think they cant and they wont, so what happens? theyll go 6feet under in no time at all.

yes, it is cholesterol specifically LDL or low density lipoprotien. where it is called bad cholesterol and is light compared to HDL or high density lipoprotien also called good cholesterol. bad cholesterol travels to the blood stream along with nutrients absorbed in the body as it travels, it sticks on the blood vessels and since it is light and little, it is difficult for them to be pulled out and as time goes, it builds up clogging the blood system, increasing the pressure which leads to heart attack or stroke.
