What can you say about Manny Pacquiao's candidacy? Do you think he can make it to congress?

most likely.. pacman will have the numbers to win the congressional seat. he is like a fad right now, so popular, he is an inspiration to a lot of Filipinos.
but my thought, i don't think he should run any position higher than a city councilor right now. he need to have the 'experience' before aiming..

yes, im with your opinion. i think one should have an experience first if one doesnt have before aiming for a delicate position in congress.

He will surely make it to congress thanks for him being popular but i dont think people should vote him. Being a representative means you will have to tackle bills and laws for the Philippines and i think he isnt capable of that, he even cant talk straightly in Filipino what more debating in the congress in straight English. What we need in congree are people who are intelligent, college graduate, wide vision and those people who really know the ups and downs of life. Pacquiao may now the ups and doens of life but im sure he cant formulate bills, he will be a puppet in the congress unless of course if his would-be financial advisers are good.
