I have been taking glutathione for over two years now..It is very effective..but you have to take it for more than three months to see very visible effects..you also have to avoid going to the beach because glutathione will not protect you from the harmful rays of the sun..although it is kind of expensive..but it is worth it!

Me! I have taken both Glutathione and L-Glutathione I do not mean to be rude or something but there is a big difference. As far as I have learned, Glutathione is an amino acid found in the body, and it can only be produced inside a living cell, it cannot be produced outside the human body, because it needs the biotransformation. Therefore, most glutathione pills in the market are merely whitening pills, that are actually copies of the DNA of the Glutathione in the body, so it signals the brain that there are glutathione in the body, hence, the brain will produce more phieo melanin, and whiten you.. BUT! The Glutathione needs you to stop taking it for about a week after you have been religiously taking it for about 3 months. We should be careful to buy the Pre-cursors, the building blocks which, when inside the body will then bond together and Form the Glutathione. Since Glutathione is a Master Antioxidant and can actually flush out toxins from the body, we tried using providone (a toxin) and mixed it in water, we added one capsule glutathione (I wish not to mention the brand), and there was no reaction. We tried using the L-Glutathione (by Protein Research, food grade) I am currently using, and it cleared back into the water, in an instant. just some 10 cents.. and it's only 1,400.. 30 capsules 1000mg. oh.. I will not mention the brand firstname.lastname@example.org
