Actually, I currently have a Urinary Tract Infection, but at this point it's all the same to me. I'm drinking tons of cranberry juice, but I was curious to know what you guys use that is natural? I have gone to the doctor, but I'm looking for things to keep my plumbing, so to speak, in good working order.

Just cranberry juice, and lots of water! Those are the best things. Water is great at flushing out anything bad in the system. I also think they have cranberry supplements too, if you want some extra.

Cranberry juice is great for you. For plumbing problems make sure you eat lots of fiber such as grains and veggies and fruit. As long as you eat a variety of things off the food pyramid you should be in good shape.

I have just heard that cranberry juice is good for a bladder infection and also to prevent bladder infections to drink plenty of water which is not always easy to do. I do not like water that muc do its hard for me to drink the requirred daily supply. I even try adding a lemon or lime to it for taste and then I sometimes add some of the sugars they use foe lemonade or kool aid. I hope you feel better soon.
