Sure your child can have a cell-phone BUT you NEED to equip it with a WillauTronic Handy-Chip or he/she will be exposed to harmful information related to electromagnetic radiation. The harmful effects of esmog should not be underestimated as they can result in your child suffering from sleeplessness, irritability, headaches and much more. Adults are also at risk, but children even more as their skull is still developing. There is more information available on http://www.willautronic.com so you can become more aware of the implications of unprotected mobile phone usage. When you are ready to obtain a chip simply contact yours truly. Take care. P.S.
