I grew up around a lot of Southern Women who love to cook. I learned how to cook because of them. Being a mother of 2, I really don't look at any labels, when I go grocery shopping I just throw the food into the basket. My kids beg for their favorites, I just toss the food in too. Do we care whats on the box label of the food we buy? I buy what tastes good really doesn't matter what in it or does it matter? I am not a health nut not by a long shot. I don't have any health risk in my family, I don't have any of my own. So I feel if it taste good, looks good, its going to be bought. What do you think? Do you care whats on the label?

Well they are there for a reason and in Australia it is compulsory to put all details, ingredients, chemicals, nutritional value on labels. It's interesting that allot of products that have trans fats are now staying on supermarket shelves and people will not buy them. And because of this trans fats are being reduced and will end up being phased out. Also thank the city of New York for that impulse. I don't think we should be ignorant about food products, if you never looked you would end up eating so many artificial ingredients, and toxic chemicals. Lets face it, there are allot already in our food and this can't be good for our health. It pays to know and why feed the children chemicals when you have the choice not to.
