Beware of E-Gold

i read one of forum in the internet that E-Gold has bad reputation they said it was used as haven of money launderers, scammers and even terrorists so im worry about it coz i have E-gold account which Paypal did not support our country phillipines. Then other said you will lost money- they have fee for storage and have a fee for every you receive something so its good to lose your money.
