all of us like to listen to pop music and remixes. but are they really good. musicians in the real sense say that it is not goos as it is harming the music and kind of polluting it. people are forgetting and the current generation may never know what good or real music is about. are u people agree with me?

Yes , I agree with u ,kind of fusion ,rock ,pop and jazz is making us forget classical music . First what use to matter was voice and we had so many good singers with excellent voice but now if we listen to any album it's basically music ( drums nad guitars ) which we are able to listen.

aishaa, personally speaking, any music that is soothing to the ear is welcome, be it pop, rock, jazz or classical, both vocal and instrumental. generally speaking, the music in any country evolves with time. and india as such is a transitioning country. music in india for the moment is undergoing a sea change and it will surely take time before the trend is stabilized. there will come a time when all schools of music will continue to flourish in our country with a fan following for each of them, considering the population. today the type of music that we hear is more of fusion and this has been popularised due to the generation catching up with the media, especially TV, and with FM re-introduced with young flavor, there is bound to be a music explosion for the ears. so, dont worry, evolution takes a little time to stabilize. mike, the lil smiley cute devil
