Which is your favourite exotic ice cream flavour?

I've tried some rather exotic flavours before such as cinnamon, saffron and pulut hitam. All are really nice. My favourite is saffron because it has this warm mild spicy flavour that goes well with the coldness of ice cream. Which is your favourite exotic ice cream?

well i love pistachio mixed with mango flavor and sometimes mixed with crunch aswell.It has the taste and the color combination is great with,like eating plenty of colors that tastes great,also includes some real mango pastures and pistachio's aswell,dipped in crunch tastes just amazing.
