A soldier honoured for his military valour in Afghanistan is wondering why strangers attacked and beat him in his hometown bar this past weekend.

It is hard to believe that a solider would serve his country and be awarded the Canadian Medal of Military Valour only to have some thugs beat him up. I think they should charge these guys and give them a serious sentence. what do you think?

That was so frustrating to read a medal valour awardee been beat without any cause just because he was introduce as a war hero which is true for he really render a outstanding selfish duty on battle zone.
These guys are on ego or power tripping that they somewhat eny a guy of accomplishment and they have nothing to do to beat that accomplishment but to humuliate him by beating him without a cause grrr!!
I think the authorities on that area should come up with the four assailant and charge them with serious charge and let them rotten to jail or it is better to send them to agfhan and be a bait to the enemy lol!!!
