I enjoy them, but sometimes the movie is not as good as the book they are taken from. "The Ring" is one that was good both as book and movie. "The Exorsist" was good, but "The Shining" was not. I liked "The Omen". Some of the really old ones are still good, like the "Dracula" of old.
