When you need postage stamps...

Do you go to the post office to get them? The last few times that I've went to the post office to get my stamps the machine is either broken or it doesn't have any in it. And I can't ever get there when they are open because of the hours that I work. I could buy them at the grocery store but I don't hardly ever do that. I've started buying mine online off the post office website because it's much easier and faster. Have you ever bought yours online?

I'm very fortunate that the grocery store at which I shop sells postage stamps. Mind you, this store is a block from my home! I go right by it on the way to work each morning! I have tried to drastically cut down on the use of stamps by paying all but 1 of my bills online. I actually use very few stamps.

hi,friend,in india,we almost cut down the usage of post office bty 75% for sending letter/documents.We are using courrier system and for some deparments of government insisting to send the documents through post office only,the only we are purchasing stamps.

That's interesting. I wish we didn't even have to use stamps. They just get more expensive all the time.

I try to buy a book or a roll at a time. Of course there seems to always be that between time when I need just one more stamp, so I have to go to the dreaded machine too. Ours works but usually only for the stamps I do not need. LOL.
I looked at the ones online, but have not bought any from there yet. I think it is probably the answer to our needs and I may give it a try the next time I need stamps.

i've never bought stamps online before but i m ight give it a try...maybe put the kids picture on them once just for the fun of it
