Is left wing politics an excuse for being to be selfish and rude to others?

and do right wing politics encourage a more responsaible attitude in the community?what do you think?When I say Left wing could be selfish and rude, I mean does it encourage the attitude that you can do what you like and not care about the way it effects other people?
