I haven't submitted anything to AC yet but have them on my list as I have a few articles in the work. Right now I have an assignment for 5 articles so that's sure money in my pocket will do those first. My understanding of AC is it depends on what you publish your content as here's the FAQs for Associated Content: http://www.associatedcontent.com/faq.html What's the difference between exclusive and non-exclusive? Exclusive: You guarantee that the submission has not been previously published (either online or in print) and will not be published elsewhere in the future. Once accepting our offer, you assign full copyright ownership to AC. Non-Exclusive: Submissions can be previously published either in print or online. If we find it online, the byline must match your AC account. You retain the right to re-publish your non-exclusive AC content. Do you publish content that is published elsewhere (print, Internet sites, blogs)? Content that has been published anywhere online must be submitted as non-exclusive. Do I retain the rights to my content? If you submit as non-exclusive you retain the right to publish your content elsewhere. However, we retain the right to publish your non-exclusive submission indefinitely. Therefore, you cannot grant the exclusive rights to a third party.
